The concept of Ichi Ni San comes from mastermind Executive Chef Peja Krstic. Ichi Ni San is a take on non-traditional Japanese cuisine — one that pulls in Italian, French and Texan influences. Chef Krstic focuses immensely on technique and the simplicity of a few ingredients on a plate.
